Escalate bugs to the engineering team.
Follow up on the engineering team's resolution.
2-3 years of experience in customer support, or related roles.
Must have experience with APIs, Webhooks, and/or Web development.
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English) is a must.
Knowledge of React Native, Javascript, and Python is a plus
Experience at a startup company, SAAS, or fintech company
Portuguese is a plus
